Both parties agree to keep sensitive information private.

I reserve the right to change the details, rules and prices on my commission pages.

I reserve the right to decline a commission.

I sell digital art commissions, therefore no physical product will be shipped.

I request full upfront payments through Artistree invoices, in euros only. I will not accept any other transaction method.

Clients must maintain a respectful conduct and respond in a timely manner throughout the whole commission process.

Clients who do not respond within 14 days will have their commission put on hold and moved to the bottom of the commission queue.

Clients who do not respond within 60 days without any prior notice and despite my attempts to contact them will have their commission entirely discontinued.

Once I accept to work on your commission and everything has been agreed upon through Artistree's messaging system, an invoice will be sent to you.

Invoices have to be be paid within 7 days upon reception or the commission will be cancelled.

I will only start working after the invoice has been paid. The delivery date will be discussed upon confirmation, but it will remain an estimation. Waiting time can be longer depending on my schedule, commission queue and the number of characters requested. I will do my best to keep you regularly informed on the progress and let you know of any issue that may come up.

WIPs will be sent to clients as watermarked low-resolution JPEGs/screenshots.

Completed commissions will be sent to clients as 300 DPI PNGs.

One major revision + three minor revisions are allowed during the sketching phase and are covered in the commission price.

Two minor revisions are allowed during the coloring phase and are covered in the commission price.

Extra fees will be charged for any additional revision. These fees are non-refundable.

Revisions due to my own negligence are free.

No revisions after the final artwork has been approved.

I reserve the right to discontinue a commission at any time.

Clients may cancel their commission at any time.

Refunds will be handled by Artistree's team but keep in mind the amount refunded will depend on the amount of work already done.

A full refund will be issued only if the commission is cancelled/discontinued before I have started working on it or if I find myself unable to keep working on it due to personal circumstances.

Me discontinuing a commission because of the client breaching one of my terms (e.g. rude/inappropriate behavior) will be subject to a partial refund as well.

No refunds if the commission is complete or close to completion.

Chargebacks are NOT permitted after receiving the final product.

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned work.

Personal commissions are for personal use only. Do not use my work for commercial purposes in any way whatsoever if you didn't buy the commercial rights from me.

Commercial use includes but is not limited to: promotional use such as website/YouTube/Twitch assets, monetized content, digital goods, merch, anything that will generate profit directly or indirectly.

Do not feed my work to AI or use it for NFTs/cryptocurrency technology.

Do not claim my work as yours. Credit me properly by linking back to my social media/tagging me.

You may share/repost your commission on your social platforms with credit to me clearly visible. Do not remove or crop my signature when sharing.

Except for the above conditions, you may otherwise use and edit your commission as you see fit (keep it respectful) as long as you credit me properly.

I will not profit further from a commissioned work unless a chargeback has been filed by the client, in which case they have completely forfeited any rights they had over the commission.

I reserve the right to post my work on my social platforms, feature it in my portfolio or display it as samples on my commission page.

I reserve the right to stream, record or post videos of my work’s creation process.

I can temporarily keep your commission private (including streaming) if it's a gift. Please discuss this with me in advance.
